1993
Founded in Delhi
Interworld Cargo Care Pvt. Ltd. was established in Delhi in 1993 as a boutique customs brokerage and air freight forwarding firm, built on a foundation of integrity, speed, and personalised service for Indian exporters and importers.
1996
IATA Accreditation
In 1996, Interworld Cargo Care achieved full IATA accreditation, unlocking direct access to global airline networks and enabling seamless, competitively priced air freight services for clients across industries.
1999
Sea Freight Division Launched
Responding to growing demand, we launched a dedicated sea freight division in 1999, offering Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) consolidation services through Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai ports.
2002
Customs Clearance Centre
In 2002, we established a specialised customs clearance centre to handle complex import and export documentation, duty optimisation, and regulatory compliance — dramatically reducing client cargo dwell times at Indian ports.
2005
Bonded Warehousing Facility
We commissioned our first bonded warehousing facility in Delhi in 2005, providing secure storage, inventory management, and value-added services including labelling, sorting, and kitting — all under customs bond.
2008
Pan-India Network Expansion
By 2008, Interworld Cargo Care had established branch offices and agency partnerships in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, creating a truly pan-India freight forwarding network capable of handling end-to-end logistics.
2010
Global Agent Network — 50+ Countries
In 2010, we formalised partnerships with vetted overseas agents across 50+ countries, enabling door-to-door delivery solutions worldwide and providing clients with a single point of contact for all their international shipping needs.
2013
Project Cargo & ODC Division
We launched a dedicated Project Cargo and Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) division in 2013, handling heavy lifts, breakbulk shipments, and complex logistics for infrastructure, energy, and industrial clients across India.
2015
ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Interworld Cargo Care received ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2015, affirming our commitment to systematic quality management across every touchpoint — from quotation to final delivery — and strengthening client confidence globally.
2018
Digital Cargo Tracking Platform
In 2018, we deployed a fully integrated ERP and real-time digital cargo tracking platform, giving clients 24/7 visibility into their shipments at every stage and transforming our operational efficiency through data-driven logistics.
2020
Dangerous Goods Certification
We achieved IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and IMDG certification in 2020, qualifying our team to handle Hazmat shipments by air and sea — opening new verticals in chemicals, pharma, and industrial goods logistics.
2022
Pharma Cold Chain Services
Recognising the pharmaceutical sector's growing logistics demands, we launched GDP-compliant temperature-controlled logistics in 2022, with specialised reefer containers and air freight solutions maintaining strict 2 to 8°C cold chain integrity.
2024
FFFAI & ACTO Membership
Interworld Cargo Care was recognised as an active member of the Federation of Freight Forwarders' Associations in India (FFFAI) and the Air Cargo Transport Operators (ACTO) in 2024, reinforcing our standing as a trusted industry leader.

- •Interworld Cargo Care was founded by Shri OM PRAKASH GOYAL in the year 1964 with kerosene oil dealership.
- •Interworld Cargo Care expanded their business by getting into Transportation Services to Oil Companies in the year 1985.
- •Mr. Nirmal Kumar Goyal (Group Head) joined the business in the year 1988 and started the era of new developments in Interworld Cargo Care. Under his leadership and with the support of his brothers the Group has achieved new heights of growth by Diversifying its business activities in different sectors like Transportation and Warehousing Services to Automobile Companies, Transportation of Bulk and Packed LPG, Automobiles Dealerships, Hospitality and Confectionary, Manufacturing, Insurance Broking, Real Estate, Diagnostics center, Electronics retail chains etc.
